Your insurance company will endeavour to accurately and fairly value your vehicle, however they do not always get it right.

We value the vehicle in line with the published Financial Ombudsman Service guidance. We use FOS approved valuation systems and will provide an independent unbiased valuation of your vehicle.

How We Work

We will physically inspect your vehicle where possible, but can also assist if only images are available.

We will then search the FOS approved valuation guides, and prepare a report detailing the average valuation using these guides, in line with FOS guidance.

This report is then sent to the liable insurers for their consideration. If they continue to disagree with the valuation our report can be sent to the FOS as part of your dispute with the insurance company.
